General Information

Quotations: Our quotations are valid for thirty days and are subject to review of artwork and specifications.

Pricing: Our prices are subject to change without notice.  In-between quantities will be priced at the lower quantity price break.

Terms: Our normal terms are 50% down, balance C.O.D. or Net 30 upon approved credit application.

Shipments: In accordance with the Printing Industries of America established trade customs, overruns or underruns not to exceed 10% shall constitute acceptable delivery, and the excess or deficiency shall be charged or credited to the customer.  Exact shipping quantities are available; however, add 5% to the standard price.

Proofs: Credit Card Concepts of America will supply a Proof of your card to your specifications.  This proof will help you visualize how your printed card will appear and give you an opportunity to make any necessary changes or corrections.  Colors on the Proof are indicative of color separations only and are not representative of the inks on your final card.

Materials: We silk-screen or lithograph onto PVC (Poly-Vinyl Chloride) material, which is available in white or various colors.  Also available are metallic cards such as gold, silver, and copper at an additional cost.

Delivery: For cards printed by the silk-screen method, delivery is normally 5-10 business days, cards printed by lithography are normally 15-20 business days after receipt of approved proof and necessary materials needed to produce the cards.

Ink Colors: We can match any PMS color; however, slight color variations may occur due to variations in materials, ink, processes, heat lamination, and other factors.  Printing on colored stock can and will alter the color of the imprint.

Rights to Promotion: Credit Card Concepts of America reserves the right to use all products produced by us in our advertising and promotions unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of the order.
