Frequently Asked Questions What is the cost for printed plastic cards? The total price for your cards depends on various factors, quantity, number of colors, etc.  In order to receive a quotation, we ask you to complete and submit our Quote Request Form.  You will receive a comprehensive quotation by e-mail promptly.  Also, please feel free to give us a call, and we’ll be happy to give you a quote over the phone. Is there a minimum order? Our minimum order for silkscreen cards is 100.  For lithographed cards, our minimum order is 1000. What is your turnaround time? Normal turnaround time for silkscreen cards is 5 to 10 business days.  On lithographed cards, normal turnaround time is 15 to 20 business days. We’re thinking of using these cards with our customers’ names embossed. Right now we have a certain number of customers but expect to add more in the future.  What do you suggest? We suggest you order an amount that will take care of your needs for the next year or two and try to take advantage of our quantity price breaks.  Please refer to Prepaid Embossing for an explanation of how we hold your cards at our facility and emboss the cards as you need them. Can we call and give you names to be embossed over the phone? Sorry, we don’t take any embossing information over the telephone.  Too many mistakes are made that way.  Please mail or e-mail your lists to us. How soon can we expect our embossed cards? Our normal turnaround time is one to two days after receipt of your embossing list.  All embossed cards are returned by First Class mail or UPS. Do you sell embossing equipment so we can emboss our own cards? We do, but unless you get into very high quantities, it doesn’t pay to buy your own equipment.
